Containers & Dumpsters
Containers & Dumpsters
How do you set the containers?
Containers (or dumpsters) are set by sliding off of a truck or trailer (depending on the size). The container will be hoisted into the air, and a cable will be loosened to let it slowly slide off. The container has rollers on the back so it can roll on a surface (asphalt, gravel, etc.) We always carry boards with us in case we are setting a dumpster on asphalt or cement to prevent scratches.
You can see examples of dumpsters being unloaded here: http://www.jaroscontainers.com/videos.htm
The containers/dumpsters come in different sizes. You can see those different sizes here: http://www.jaroscontainers.com/containersizes.htm
How long can we keep the container?
The price that we give you includes up to one (1) week for you to use the container. Additional weeks can be purchased upon request.

You are not allowed to dispose of Paint, Liquid Waste, Acid, Tires, Biohazard material, or any flammable or explosive material.
These materials, if found in our dumpster, will be returned to you. For proper disposal of these items, contact your local county waste district.
Note: If our container is damaged (ie. grafitti, physical damage, etc.), you are financially responsible for its repair or replacement.
What are they called? Containers, Dumpsters, Gondolas, or Skips?
These terms are interchangable. They all mean the same thing - a bin for disposal of debris. It's your preference which one you want to use.
How do I load your containers?
Please load a container with all debris level to the top of the container. It can be mounded up about a foot in the middle, but nothing should hang over the sides or be leaning against the outside of the dumpster. Anything leaning against the dumpster will be left at the site. DO NOT block the front of the container.
