Rental Agreement
JAROS CONTAINER SERVICE RENTAL AGREEMENT

Introduction:
By booking a dumpster rental appointment with Jaros Container Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the below Terms and Conditions. You will be required to sign a paper Rental Agreement on delivery day and you will receive a copy of this agreement for your records. We reserve the right to alter or change this agreement at any time.
Terms and Conditions:
PROHIBITED ITEMS: if found in our dumpsters, you will be fined to cover disposal costs and you may also be suspended from future services.

Liquid waste: paint, oil & petroleum products, gasoline, solvents, industrial lubricants, automobile fluids

Tires: $50 fee per tire will be charged if unauthorized tires are found. $25 per authorized tire

Heavy debris: no excessive amounts of dirt, rocks, gravel, sand, concrete, etc. You will be responsible for offloading the unsafe amount.

Biohazardous waste: no syringes or medical waste

Flammables & explosives: batteries, gunpowder, C02 containers, ashes, compressed gases, etc.

Hot ashes: ashes must be completely cooled and cannot be overloaded

PICKUP: we automatically pick up our dumpsters after two weeks (14 days) unless a different agreement is made at booking. Please allow up to 48 hours for your dumpster to be picked up after notifying us it is ready. Scheduled pickups are Monday thru Thursday. We do not pick dumpsters up on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
RENTAL PERIOD: One week (7 days) of rent is included in price; additional time may be purchased when you book.
DUMPSTER SAFETY: Keep hands, fingers, and other body parts out of doors when closing them. When door is open, secure it to the dumpster with the attached chain and be mindful of the size and weight of the door - it will hurt you if you are struck. No playing on or in the dumpster. Do not allow children to interact with dumpster.
SAFE LOADING: Load must be level with the top of the dumpster. If the dumpster is deemed overloaded by our driver, the customer is responsible for offloading the unsafe amount. Dumpsters are not to be loaded and packed down with machinery. Packing down by hand is okay.
LIABILITY: Jaros Container Service is not to be held responsible for damage to personal property such as sidewalks, driveways, yard, and wires & other service lines.
DELIVERY: Dumpsters cannot be moved once they are dropped by our driver. Do not block in or contain our dumpster - you could be subject to a dry run fee if we cannot retrieve our dumpster due to debris or other obstructions blocking it. If a vehicle is blocking us, we are authorized to have it towed at the owner's expense.
FIRES & ASHES: Burning and ashes are not allowed inside our dumpsters as burning debris makes them structurally unstable. You WILL be held responsible for the full replacement cost of our dumpster if you choose to burn inside of it. A replacement dumpster costs $5000+
